Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Calling

Our company recently switched from on-prem to Webex calling over the Webex cloud and now being used everywhere.
  • Calling is seamless as the ISP is Cisco managed only.
  • Upgrades are touch-less as is managed by Cisco.
  • Control hun integration provides call analytics and reporting.
  • Partner managed Webex calling without the need of equinox should be promoted.
  • More support of APIs to modify call headers.
  • Call recording should be inbuilt.
  • With all the infra on cloud it is easy to get upgrade support from Cisco itself.
  • Since it is cloud-based and hence is scalable.
  • Control hub gave more reporting functionality.
Webex CC integration with calling makes it the complete collaboration solution and integration of both in Webex control hub gives the complete view of licenses, issues, reports, etc. It also now supports Rest APIs.
Webex Calling is fully secured and is managed by Cisco. The data center is also managed and hosted by cisco and hence is secure. Since it is on the cloud and hence easily scalable. Also, Cisco provides upgrades for the product.
Cisco being an old player does the calling, video, contact center feature better than anyone. Real-time chat transcriptions, etc. make the Webex suite better than anyone else.
Now, with Webex calling, Cisco brought the ISP online, and, now, Cisco manages it so it is easy for the customer to support their business without the worry of managing the VoIP network. Also, the Webex control hub integration provides an easy gateway for managing the whole calling suite.
