We use it to monitor media hits and seek out specific publications relevant to our industry, then pitch ideas to them. It's a good way to help us find publications to reach our core audience that we never knew existed. It's a great way to help us position our company as thought leaders within the industry.

Price, product features, product usability, product reputation and prior experience with the product were the most impactful part of our decision.
We wouldn't change it at all. The evaluation process worked and we ended up with the best product and were able to make it meet our budget.

When I first came on board with my employer, Cision offered excellent support and provided no cost one-on-one training to make sure I understood the features and got the most out of the product.
