Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp is being used as our internal project management system. It's being used by our entire agency as the tool to manage all our projects, tasks timelines and billing. It has replaced an older system and has allowed us to move toward a more agile project management flow and helped improve internal communications.

The new interface is better but it's easy to get lost inside the tool. Because it is so task-oriented, keeping track of projects can be difficult. The inclusion of documents and notes at the project level has helped quite a bit. The concept of Spaces is a little challenging getting used to. The ability to create different types of task lists and use them as templates is really nice.
I've not had a lot of direct contact with support but they are responsive and we've not needed much support. The platform is very stable and works well with few bugs.

The flexibility of Clickup was important to us. The price is also more affordable than other tools which were also very important to us. We picked ClickUp because it gave us the most amount of flexibility, the most features, and the most reasonable cost. We are able to find other ways to replace some of the features that other tools have while keeping costs down.
Great for task management when you have lots of projects that have many different kinds of tasks. Works well when mixing traditional creative projects along with digital projects. It also works well when there is a lot of internal communication that needs to be tracked as part of a project.
