Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to manage our team projects + support ticket (via the integration it has with many others tools) + manage our SOP.
ClickUp is great because you can setup a lot of type of data structures, so you don't need a thousand tools to manage a lot of different projects.
You can create kanban view (useful for agile teams for example), list views, documents view (useful for SOP management), embed google docs, etc... etc...

- Manage complex projects
- Integrations
- All-in-one place to manage everything you want
- Personal Task Management
- Inbox System
- Mobile App
- Simplification (or not overcomplexification caused by to much features)
- All-in-one kind of software
- Integrations with other tools
- Multiple View Management from the same sample of data
- ClickUp can improve productivity of teams
- It reduce the needs (and therefore cost) of needing other software
- Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager, Microsoft To Do (formerly Wunderlist), Asana, Notion and Xmind
ClickUp is a great mix between Todoist / Microsoft Todo, Asana, Notion, XMind and a bit of Google Docs kind of software.
If you want an all-in-one that could replace most of your project management / todolist / notes app, it would be the software that I would choose.
If you need a more simplified to manage your time, I would go with something like Teuxdeux + a calendar app.
But for managing teams and large project it's really great (with Agile methodology or even whaterfall).
