Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Collecting all admin tasks in the company so they get done on time. And automate recurring tasks on time so that it isn't a question of remembering what needs to be done. Sharing projects and goals when doing a collaboration with other companies. It's one place to collect all of our to-do's and see what has been done and when. Just so it's documented.
- Recurrent tasks.
- Building curriculum for courses.
- Visualization of workflow.
- Function goals needs some working on.
- Notification in mobile.
- The billing system needs improving. Too easy to make mistakes.
- Positive: Easy to add tasks, like answer this mail so you don't forget.
- Positive: Saving energy to do the tasks instead of spending it on remembering.
- Positive: Reaching the goals faster and seeing faster where the hold up is.
ClickUp has made planning in teams over the web a lot more easy and faster. Before ClickUp, we needed 4 or more tools to get the work done. Now we need 2. ClickUp and Google Meet to make our meetings productive. I do love that you can comment on a task and ask questions about the task that makes it so easy to have low-effort communication but gives a great impact on the project.
We just now only need to tools for our planning sessions. ClickUp and Google Meet. Before we needed 4 or more to have a productive meeting. We are using ClickUp's documents, whiteboard, tasks and calendar for our planning sessions and it's lower effort to keep everything in one place and gives you an overview that you can't do with tools in different places.
- monday.com, Trello, Notion and Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager
I like that you have more authority to build different types of workflows in ClickUp, then for example Trello there you are stuck with Kanban. One of my favorite things with ClickUp is custom fields and sorting, you can make some really nice workflows with just those 2 tools in ClickUp.
