Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to manage all projects and tasks for our clients. It gives us one centralized place to manage everything that needs to get done, by whom, and when it needs to get done. It also makes it easy to include notes, conversations, share files, etc. for any given task and project. The different ways to view the lists of tasks give our users the flexibility to work the way they feel is best for them. It's like all of the best features of all of the best project management tools are all rolled into one!
- Stay organized
- Keep track of what needs to be done
- Updates the team on project status
- Centralization of projects and tasks
- Prioritization of work
- Automation of task activities
- Emailing directly from the system to keep communications centralized
- I'd like to see due dates cleared from tasks that are completed.
- Without it, I would neglect to do many tasks for our clients.
- Without it, I wouldn't be able to effectively delegate any work.
We manage ALL projects through ClickUp. I also have several freelancers/contractors added to my account so that I can delegate tasks to them as well as communicate with them about specific tasks all in one place. It helps save my email inbox from tons of messages that could be better organized, and it helps me understand the progress and status of the projects we are working on.
Yes. As I've already mentioned in previous questions in this review, ClickUp is great for being a one-stop place for all project communications. You don't need to use separate emails or messaging apps to communicate with the team or clients. You can also easily link to documents, files, resources, etc. all from within a task or project.
I find ClickUp to be the most user-friendly and have the most features of all of these apps. The interface just works a lot better for me than the other apps, too.
