ClickUp is Almost Perfect

ClickUp solves many of the problems that our organization's design team has had with project management. We've been able to implement a streamlined request system using ClickUp's forms and automation that allows anyone in the company to request work from the design team; our design team has had so much success with the platform that others in the company have begun to adopt it as well.

Currently, Clickup is only being used in silos. We have goals within the next year to align between teams so that work that involves more than one department can be tracked and passed within the tool for better reporting and ease for everyone involved. There are tools built right into Clickup that make collaboration really easy. They've even recently added a whiteboard feature.

ClickUp has allowed my team to replace our old ticket system and our project management tool and combine them into one. We also can track our time on tasks directly in ClickUp. This is especially useful when we are working with contractors. ClickUp offers a docs feature built right in. It's a handy feature that I've used a bit but I can't use it as much as I'd like because the rest of my company uses Google Docs.
