We utilize ClickUp to track open tasks, CRM, and updates to the majority of our company.

- Snapshot linking and analysis
- Can be slow to load in desktop view
- Offline mode in Mobile and Desktop needs improvement (should function similar to online mode)
- Can have a steep learning curve / not intuitive for new users.
- Improved collaboration and ability to communicate tasks
- Templates in ClickUp have allowed us to create large workflows quickly
- The versatility of the platform has allowed us to reduce moving between other products.
It has improved primarily in the task management and assignment sector, as well as analysis of team workloads.
ClickUp has improved upon the Task Manager previously used tenfold, as well as looped in other previously used platforms such as CRM and Time Tracking.
ClickUp has a powerful and simple UI, that allows us to combine the effective components of other platforms into a single one.
