ClickUp helps a lot in planning any kind of task allowing for Planning task Monitoring time needed for tasks Estimating time for the next time so that we can optimize the allocation of resources.

We set goals and reach them. We were able to not forget some aspects that allowed us to expand our business even after many months of busy work on something else. Furthermore, everybody has visibility on other people's work, and this helps them understand who to ask for every section and task.
ClickUp allowed us to fill a gap in the current configuration of Microsoft365. Nothing similar is offered by Microsoft, and it is also very well integrated if needed. Collaboration is made easy, and it is easy to extract useful indicators for understanding how busy each of us is and what is reasonable to expect from our team.
No app provided Gantt and customizable indicators for tasks allowing for the generation of templates.
