Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
As a Video production company. ClickUp help us in various departments inside our company. 1) In the General Direction administrative tasks as accountability, 2) Pre Production and Production time tables using in Gantt format for our client´s projects. 3) As Comercial CRM. Following all our prospects and new clients. 4) All the internal projects for social media also are orginized through ClickUp.
- It has clean and easy to understand design.
- You can adapt to clickUp very easily.
- The web version is very quick. Loads very fast.
- We have a very good control of employees time with the time tracker.
- The app version it not user friendly.
- The UI in the app version is confusing.
- The time tracker still runs when you close the ClickUp tab in web browser. It should ask you when leaving the tab.
- We have a faster and organized project completion.
- We also have a real time track that translate to better service costs for our clients.
- We have increased productivity in 30%
We have increased our collaboration and comunication also outside our organization with our clients. They now have a clear progress of their projects.
1) With clear task managament. 2) Better and useful time tracking.
- HubSpot CRM and Trello
ClickUp its way superior to these two apps. Hubspot is to complicated as a CRM. It takes a long time to add a client. Trello is simple to use but lacks of a lot of function that ClickUp have. Mainly the time tracking.
