Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
For me this product helps manage variety of designers' tasks for different projects.

- Organizes goals not so obviously for usage
- Search for tasks within teams timesheet displays not all tasks at first
- It increased collaboration within team
- It saved time for time tracking
- Somehow it stimulated goal completion
As I entered the company when it was already using ClickUp, I cannot evaluate how the company's collaboration improved.
We used status flow and automated some assignments based on the definite status. We used documentation in order to simplify the process for backup if someone is on vacation and another person has to manage the tasks and designers' work. We also used subtasks to divide some tasks for easier tracking.
It combines both task management, project documentation, planning in timesheet and recording the progress throughout the project. I believe it is just part of all possibilities that I personally use here. But I know that our management uses more features like specific graphs, automation processes, integration with other apps and so on.
