Organize your brain and then some.
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp to keep track of our various marketing projects, as well as to collaborate on work with our outside agency. I also use ClickUp on a personal level. It's a fantastic resource to empty your brain into, and organize it however you want. I use the base features ClickUp like spaces/folders/lists and the Calendar view the most as they are most versatile. However, if you find yourself needing a specific format or visualization, ClickUp has tons of more indepth stuff like time tracking, task automation, dashboards and more. I honestly can't recommend this product enough, I don't know how I kept anything straight without it.
Pros
- Task Management
- Organization
- Automation
- Data Management
Cons
- Mobile App
- Docs
- Customization
- Greatly increased productivity
- Extensive time savings
- Easy team collaboration
Currently only myself and our outside marketing agency utilize the service, but others have shown interest and may be joining in soon. The ability to set task id numbers makes it easy to track team progress, you can even opt to track the amount of time each team member has spent on a task/project.
I'm able to enter every task and project assigned to me quickly with start dates, due dates, and notes. I can then set up automation so that everytime a start date comes up, that task is added to my current project list automatically. Likewise when a due date is coming up, I can set up automation to add it to my priorities list a few days before it's due to avoid missing any milestones.
- Asana, Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager and Google Tasks
ClickUp offers more features and a better experience than the others. Asana was the oldest competitor, and is great for task Management, but does not have many features beyond that.
