Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

I personally use and manage our organization on ClickUp, which means overseeing the work being done daily, the status of orders, and making sure orders with higher priority get assigned to the right user to get it done in the shortest amount of time. If I have a subtask to add to any task it is really easy to quickly add it, along with descriptions and due date changes. Before we purchased ClickUp, we really didn't have a good strategy to manage orders, but life changed when we purchased it, as now every order is itemized under each company tab, so it is very easy to look up what each company has on order, the urgency of the order, and the due date.

  • It has helped us lots since we bought it as every order was shipped on time as there were no more lost and misplaced orders.
  • Team collaboration has saved a lot of hours as you don't have to physically go look for and speak or explain to employees as you can do everything from notes inside the app.
  • The status and urgency feature is great as now it is easy to see which orders are urgent or important (yes, every order is important to us.)
  • ClickUp has saved us tons of hours and days just by simply having all the right management and collaboration tools in one app. With those huge time savings, it means more orders are being shipped out in a shorter amount of time, which secondly means more revenue for our company.
  • The Return on investment was substantially quick as more orders were being shipped with greater precision, in a short amount of time.
Collaboration has greatly improved, as it is super easy to share ideas and different methods of doing things for every order. The app makes life so easy for managers and planners to achieve their goals in the most efficient and affordable way possible. Managers can track the status of every order from the comfort of their desks or homes. If a problem arises, it is very easy for them to contact the specific person assigned to the task, and chat independently.
ClickUp has greatly automated our management team, if we get an order, we put it into ClickUp and assign a user to it. as soon as that is entered we set up an automation to assign the specific managers for that job and end user, and everything is done. No more paper handouts.
I have never tried anything else in that manner.

So far, I don't have any complaints or advice to give to click up to try to improve it, as long as I have used it, I don't think I could improve anything. I'm extremely happy with everything.
