Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use the tool for everything in my day to day life. I register my work time on it, I prepare documentation for the system, I open up requests for errors and improvements to be implemented. I also manage software tests. In addition, I make videos of the screens which serve as evidence for the execution of my tests.

- I wish I could pause the videos I make so I can continue recording.
- Sometimes the tool is quite slow
- I can clearly visualize the time I am spending on each task. So I can compare and try to improve my times if I'm working on repetitive tasks, for example.
- I can keep track of the work of everyone on my team.
We are managing to track everyone's goals. This way we can better analyze whether we will be able to achieve the goals and review them, if necessary.
Due to the large number of features of the tool, we were able to use it alone for almost everything in our company. That's really good.
Also quite complete, but ClickUp has greater task organization power and has better usability, in my opinion.
