Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp for many different processes: managing and programming the design of new products, taking care of after-sales tickets, handling the documentation department work, and reviewing improvement opportunities on our products. We are still experimenting with new applications of ClickUp on different businesses, involving more people also from our representatives all around the world.

  • Know what I'm supposed to do today
  • Give a good timing for the various activities
  • More choices on automations
  • Being a bit quicker
  • Filtering on the phone app
  • Time saving on information sharing
  • Less mistakes in the communication process
  • Improved customer satisfaction
All of the information is accessible to everybody, which improves cooperation.
Initially it was less expensive, now I don't know Asana enough to compare

ClickUp is always a very good choice whenever information has to be shared between multiple people at the same time, and whenever there are different teams working on the same subject from different points of view. It is less suitable when the shared documents have to be modified by multiple users and kept accessible to everyone
