Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Use ClickUp as a project management tool to manage requests and track progress. We have a space created for each of our businesses and folders for each system for that business. We enter user requests under a system so that all requests are managed in one location to be reviewed and prioritized. For bigger projects, we enter the project plan as tasks to manage project resources and timelines. We link tasks to sprints in order to manage the projects and ensure projects are moving forward as expected.
- Duplicating tasks. This helps with entering repetitive tasks
- Notifications when tasks are beyond due date
- Keeping tasks organized in a familiar folder structure
- Linking tasks with other lists is a bit clumsy
- Dragging and dropping tasks is a bit clumsy
- Not being able to assign a task to someone not in ClickUp
- ClickUp has increased collaboration among our team members
- ClickUp has assisted the project management office in managing projects
- Clickup is a bit clumsy in managing data entry and reporting
Our PMO team is utilizing ClickUp to manage projects. However, I believe has found ClickUp to be a bit clumsy navigating and not familiar with traditional project management tools. Could be the adoption of new software and education of it's features could be the cause of the lack of use.
Upper management and our PMO team had chosen to introduce ClickUp to my department.
