Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We assign tasks to our colleagues and track progress easily. One of the unique things about ClickUp is its user interface which makes privacy setting easy. And secondly, the integrations offered by ClickUp are excellent, especially with emails. Customers' replies are added as threaded comments.
I usually work with other companies and help them implement ClickUp across their projects. Customers like it when I introduce them to ClickUp. That's my personal experience.

- The privacy Setting at Space, Folder and List level makes it easy to manage teams
- Email integration to get replies as threaded comments is excellent in handling customer queries directly from tasks instead of checking emails
- One can set multiple views within list, folder or space that makes task management very easy for users and project managers
- ClickUp needs to add features for financial management
- As we can see all the tasks at space level, similar feature should be added for docs. All the docs at lists or folder level shall show up when we switch to space level
- Guest cannot use email automation. The admin or owner shall select who can use the email automation, be it a member or guest
- Customer reported increased ROI after I recommend them ClickUp
- Customer reported increase in productivity after they used automations
- Coordination with team members increased pace of task completion

Project coordination is an important part of project management. ClickUp has really worked on its tool and helped project managers in improving project coordination. People can tag other users and engage them in tasks. Moreover, email automation made it easy to collaborate outside the organization which is not offered by any project management tool available in the market.

Automation helps to manage work in different lists. As we know project management is done in different phases like planning, execution, monitoring, etc. Teams can make lists for each phase and divide/ assign work accordingly. Similarly, users can manage sales using automation. Moreover, dashboards are an excellent tool to view top-level information that makes decision-making easy.
I selected ClickUp because of two reasons:
1. It's simple to use

3. It offers easy coordination
4. Excellent feature to add multiple views to single lists
5. Built-in apps like screen recording and the ability to start zoom from within tasks
