ClickUp Fan!

Within our organization, we use ClickUp daily and constantly. Our agency is a full scale agency so we have various teams and departments and of course clients. So with all of that, communication of client marketing details, strategy, tasks, and interaction are essential to keeping this ship sailing. ClickUp enables us a place to document everything that we do for our clients and it helps us create starting points for projects and tasks on our client's accounts.

When we are about to start a new contract with a new client, ClickUp gives us a place to start with the full onboarding of that client. We create tasks to collect everything we need from them to set up their accounts with us, track the progress, and see it to the finish. Once we've completed that, we're able to set up the teams with their specific to-do's for that client to establish their accounts and manage them. I, as the account manager, can look at the work being done, read the speecialists's comments, and make recommendations/ give feedback to the client about where things are at and how much further we have to go.

We've simplified the workload so much as ClickUp easily integrates with Google Drive so we can upload things and link back with ease! We've also integrated it with our sales tool so anytime we get a new client, ClickUps integrations take care of creating all of the set up tasks for us!
