We use ClickUp in a variety of different departments and teams. Task tracking is only one of the great functions. ClickUp gives us total visibility into all projects in the queue and allows us to seamlessly collaborate with other departments. The fact that we were able to standardize our intake processes alone saved us hours of work every week.

ClickUp has become the glue that holds our projects together. We are now able to communicate both inter and intra-team without anything falling through the cracks. All of the task details can be entered into the respective tasks themselves, and comments and task actions are time stamped so we can see who is doing what and when.

ClickUp has consolidated many tools for us, and only needing one application to get a project from start to finish has been a lifesaver. There are other toolsets out there that claim to be collaborative, but are mostly just a hodge-podge of tools stuck together so that people can try to accomplish what they need to do.
