Excellent platform, great cabalities and very easy to use.
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
In general terms, I use it with my team as the main tool for controlling projects and processes. We use it as a collaborative work platform where we can create, manage and monitor different tasks. This also allows us to generate a database with all the useful information to project different indicators and goals.
Pros
- Manage a high volume of projects simultaneously.
- Work collaboratively, in real time, making it easier to have updated information at all times.
- Create and query databases with a large volume and variety of variables.
Cons
- Visually it is very easy to use, especially in its web version, but the notifications have not been particularly comfortable to accommodate my needs.
- The iPhone app is considerably limited, even in the way it displays information.
- I don't know if it has one, but I would like to have an instant chat room between the members of a task. A shorter and more agile communication to resolve easy points without the need to move to another application.
- I must generate quarterly reports for the accounts I manage based on the volume of projects completed per week. With CU I can do the daily work and thus feed the database to extract the necessary numbers in minutes without the need for additional work.
- It provides me with hours each week of coordinating calls with the different teams involved in my workflow, making assignments and control in a more visually friendly way and, in my case, reducing monitoring time.
- Reduces time wasted on repetitive tasks through the use of templates, which allows you to create entries and add data very quickly, avoiding duplications and human errors.
Mainly, I have noticed an increase in work efficiency and a high level of compliance with internal protocols. Using kanban boards, it is easy to control projects that are forgotten over time, allowing other teams such as accounting, billing, etc. to continue with their processes without problems and more quickly.
In this area we can improve more, the application offers many tools for automating tasks, and although we have managed to make progress, there is a lot of room for growth.
In any case, on a day-to-day basis, there is an increase in productivity by concentrating all tasks in a single app. So today we only move between ClickUp and Teams.

The subscription price offers a very complete package compared to other similar products, so in terms of value for money, it is, in my opinion, the best deal. Even the free version is very complete, allowing you to get an excellent idea of how it would impact a person's workflow before investing in it.
