Powerful tool to manage your work day
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use Clickup to manage reports, internal and external client requests. Many of these activities are taken into account for KPI compliance and bonus payments. Also to have control of recurring tasks and, according to completion times, improve them. It is excellent for us because we can keep a log of what we did during the activities.
Pros
- Organize tasks/reports
- Set compliance times
- Create recurring tasks
- Assign tasks to users
- Monitor tasks
- Create activity boards
Cons
- Improve reminders and the way these are activated
- There are some advanced recurring task options that are not so easy to create
- Task comments were sometimes re-enabled on recurring tasks
- Now we have a real calculation of the time it takes to make a report
- We can prioritize requests according to importance
- We currently handle a high volume of requests and can generate weekly/monthly reports easily
In our Business Intelligence department, it has facilitated collaboration when making improvements in automation of information frequently requested by our internal and external clients. For example, we work on updating a form or a spreadsheet and leave the history of what was done so that someone else can easily continue collaborating.
Our company is transnational and Clickup has helped us to easily share our day-to-day work with our superiors. We went from a complicated and very manual spreadsheet to this reality that is much easier to manage for the entire team/department
- Trello and Zoho Sprints
In the case of Trello, we had no problem making the change to clickup because it already has a board visual and also has the gantt and the way of creating and managing tasks is very simple. Zoho Sprints was tested for personal use in search of improvements but did not apply well to this project/client.
