Managing tasks has been the key improvement. It's not just in checking off to-do's, but in keeping focused discussions within individual tasks and on the larger project.
ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Google Docs is all we use now. There is no need for additional tools beyond these three, which keeps our overall expense low and software switching delays lower as well. That helps with general adoption of the tools we do use higher as well.
ClickUp can be very simple, yet very advanced. That helps us get started while providing something we can grow into as well, to avoid a future switch again.
