Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise ScreenConnect

We use ConnectWise ScreenConnect to remotely access and manage all our client machines. It is our main tool for providing remote support to our clients.

Pros

  • Remote Control
  • Back Stage
  • Providing System information

Cons

  • Additional feature within Back stage (e.g. web browser for connecting to routers)
  • Pushing scripts
  • Cant think of anything else, it pretty much does what we need it to do
  • Its great that it is a stand alone product
  • Ticks all the boxes so you dont need multiple tools for management
  • Reasonably Priced
I am overall happy with the product and am not looking to change. Prior to ConnectWise ScreenConnect we were constantly on the market and reviewing different options. I would say we are now happy with the final one.
I think ConnectWise ScreenConnect is by far the superior product to all of these. It is way ahead and does do not even come close. It has way more options and features and is much easier to use and manage.
