Overall Satisfaction with eGrabber LeadGrabber Pro

I supply lead lists to our Sales Dept, using very specific criteria. Our problem with other B2B lead providers was that in many cases the information was incorrect or out of date. By pairing with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, I am confident that the leads I am pulling are going to be up to date and accurate.
  • I am able to run a search for leads, and let eGrabber LeadGrabber Pro fill in the blanks for me. This allows me to multi-task and work on something else while eGrabber is working in the background.
  • I can grab a list and then make selections of which contacts I want additional information for. This helps to ensure that I'm not wasting credits or pulling information of names I recognize as customers of ours.
  • I'd like to be able to grab more than 25 contacts at a time, although I understand it's probably there to protect me from using up all my credits at once.
  • In every grab of 25 I pull, there are always a few that I will have to find the phone number for, usually this is due to the geography listing on the LinkedIn side. For example, often times a contact will be listed as located in the Greater New York City Area, but they are really located in NJ so eGrabber can't find the phone number because they are searching in the wrong state.
  • We've only been using eGrabber for about a month, so too soon to see an ROI. However, we have set appointments from the cold calls our Sales Dept have made based on the leads I have pulled. I am confident that sales are in our future, in the meantime, we are pleased to be filling our pipeline.
So far the names and other contact information I am getting from eGrabber LeadGrabber Pro are far more accurate than any other list provider I have worked with. I have always said "I wish I could build a list with LinkedIn that had phone numbers and email addresses". Thanks to eGrabber LeadGrabber Pro, my wish came true.
I use eGrabber LeadGrabber Pro to generate cold call lists for my Sales Dept and market to the Deliverable email addresses by adding them our monthly newsletter. I am pleased with my results so far, but have only been using for about a month.
It has proved to be the best lead provider based on the accuracy of information. We are confident that the email finding technology that results in a deliverable status will increase the number of people we are able to market to. Our company markets and sells to a very specific buyer, so being able to find leads that are updated by the buyer is a game changer.

Using eGrabber LeadGrabber Pro

1 - I am the Office Administrator, I generate cold call lists for the sales team and provide support to our customers. I am responsible for Sales Reports, incoming Lead reports and maintaining our CRM database.
2 - Myself and my immediate supervisor can support eGrabber LeadGrabber Pro, however I am the only one with hands-on capability. My supervisor collaborates with eGrabber representatives through email and phone calls.

Only being 1 month in, I will have to wait longer before knowing what kind of ROI and results I will have at the years end.

  • I like being able to blindly grab a list and then select which contacts I want more information from.
  • It's extremely easy to export to an excel file, where I can sort and share with our sales team.
  • Waiting for the grabbing tool to finish can be cumbersome, but it gives me a chance to work on something else while it's running.
