Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We have been using Exclaimer on-premises solutions internally as well as for our clients for more than five years. The product has always delivered great results. Since we started enforcing MFA on managed Microsoft 365 accounts, we have moved to Exclaimer Cloud Office 365, which is more than up to the task.

We have used these features to push new marketing campaigns in a comprehensive and standard way. The options provide for extended flexibility.
What made us finally choose Exclaimer over CodeTwo initially was the web-based signature designer, which means there's no need to install any software. Both products do the job; however, we've been with Exclaimer for quite a few years and they've never let us down.

Exclaimer is a great product for enterprise environments. It integrates seamlessly with Office 365 to pull user details and update their signatures automatically and either globally or by the department. It's definitely a fit for every organization with the need to manage signatures in a centralized way.

Using Exclaimer

Exclaimer is a great product and does a great job once it's been set up. On the flip side, its interface is not the most user friendly and takes some time to understand. However, once your techs are used to it, it will allow you to deliver great results in little to no time.
