We use Exclaimer to apply signatures to all of our users. We have multiple designs for different groups of users (Sales, Marketing, Production etc...) and multiple different designs that apply according to events set out by our marketing department
Before Exclaimer there was no central signatures and users would add their own, not following the company image. Exclaimer has allowed us to centrally manage this and improve our branding.

Exclaimer has allowed us the flexibility to schedule multiple different marketing campaigns. Our sales department now cover 3 different ranges within the group - we can schedule different signatures depending on the sales reps current sales campaign.
We also now have the flexibility to add holiday and shutdown opening times to make customers aware, this has proved very successful

When looking at available email signature providers, Exclaimer was the only one at the time to openly provide details of where our data is stored. This proved a large deciding factor on using Exclaimer
The guides provided at setup to securely link Exclaimer to Office 365 with all correct rules etc.. for security also made the roll out very easy

We tested CodeTwo alongside Exclaimer. We went with Exclaimer for the much easier to use editor, the support for setting up the first template and how open they were with data security.
They also provided much simpler guidance to initially setup the integration into office365 and gave an all together simpler trial

Look at some more solutions - but Exclaimer offered all we needed so didn't have a need to look further

We had templates created in the old editor - we needed a change making but could not do so as the new editor had been launched
