We use Formstack for various reasons. We've created a makeshift CRM that our sales team uses to log customer interactions, which is integrated with another data analytics software. Our Marketing team uses it to capture customer information. We also use it internally for surveys, sign-ups, and other similar things.

It's extremely easy to use! Base-level forms can be built in minutes, and more complex forms can also be built for those with little experience.

Support Rating

Support is quick to diagnose and respond. I've had a few occasions where I had to explain the issue multiple times before getting through, but overall it's been a good experience.

Formstack is great for those who want basic forms that can be built without much training/assistance.
