Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong has helped our team increase our accuracy, keep better track of large pipelines, and close deals faster. It's a tool that I would REQUIRE for any future employer to have if they except to attract great sales talent.

Cons

  • Upload speed can be slow following a call
  • More closed deals - at least 100k ARR for myself alone
Gong gets a 10/10 in my book.
Gong has helped keep reps aware of their talk time, question rate, and patience on calls.
Gong has been helpful in spotting trends in buying processes and cycles
