Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We used GoToConnect as our primary phone system across all teams but primarily in our sales and service organizations. It provided a stable inbound and outbound phone medium for our organization. Additionally, it provided call recording and monitoring. We also purchased and used the system's Contact Center functionality. We integrated the call system into Salesforce to increase user productivity.

- Overall product roadmap and feature request review and response.
- Support relating to Integrations such as Salesforce.
- Very few calls were dropped, which was a very good and important thing!
It accomplished this objective as we were users of GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar as well.
- Zoom, Aircall and RingCentral MVP
We selected GoToConnect after using Aircall and RingCentral in the past. I cannot say why we switched to GoToConnect (I did not make that decision). We ultimately left GoToConnect for Zoom Phone due to better admin control, user sentiment/support, lower pricing, and a stronger Salesforce integration.
