Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We have used hootsuite for over 5 years as a platform to organize and publish our social media content. It is clean and user-friendly, keeping all of our content in one place. Inside the platform, you can easily customize and pre-plan your posts for the month probably one of my favorite features. Now they even added a feature to help you come up with content based upon your previous posts, it's pretty impressive.

Hootsuite lets you put all of your social media platforms into one integrated location, that can be easily utilized. I have been able to consolidate my work substantially building out our social media calendar through Hootsuite. I think it is a brilliant service and I love that we can get ahead of our workload with its scheduling features.
We previously used Loomly as a social media publisher, it was convenient but we did not like the interface. Overall we found that we liked Hootsuite as a publisher better. Loomy did offer a feature where you could boost your posts right from your portal which was convenient. But it was not enough to keep us using he platform.

No, we do not our team is really full of go-getters who are not afraid to try and figure out the problem on their own. Also, we just look up help forums if we cannot do it on our own. Really there is not a need for us to have premium support.
I have not really had a time where I had to request hootsuites help. So I'll have to keep you posted.
