Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
Hubspot is being used by our marketing team for our enterprise business. It helps to centralize data and all lead generation functions in one platform. While it is primarily being used by Marketing for demand generation, the sales team uses it as a light CRM to get updates on activities specific contacts at their accounts are taking up.

- While we are yet to quantify it, the ability to manage everything at one location has helped us to do more, do it better and quicker. We have seen increase in audience engagement with our content and leads generated.
These are stand-alone modules for email marketing and landing pages respectively. Hubspot is a suite.

Evaluating HubSpot and Competitors
Yes - we wanted a single view across different platforms we were using for email marketing, landing pages, seo and social media marketing. This would give us a single view. Each of those platforms were great and didn't have a drawback, it was just that we had outgrown using each of them individually. We used Constant Contact for email, Unbounce for landing pages, Google Analytics for seo and the different social media platforms for posting on them.

Not Sure - You get support as part of your package as far as I remember. In fact, their superior support approach was one of their differentiations during the evaluation process.
We were facing issues with previous employees account being linked with our Hubspot account, despite the fact that their account was revoked. The issue was probably resolved in less than 5 minutes.
