Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot across our marketing and sales channels. On the marketing form, we use HubSpot to collect lead information via their tracking code and forms. For sales, we use it to keep track of all the organizations we've connected with along with all the individuals at the company. We also use it to keep track of all the ongoing conversations, create and send quotes and maintain all our sales deals on HubSpot.

We have tried out multiple CRM software like PipeDrive FreshSales, etc., but the simplicity of HubSpot's setup and day-to-day interaction got us hooked. Right from integrating the CRM on our website to collecting data and managing it, HubSpot has a very simple flow. The platform they have created is also very intuitive and easy to use. Additionally, you can also customize the data collection with unique data points if you have a little bit of tech knowledge - which HubSpot makes easy by providing extensive documentation. Another great thing about HubSpot is that the base software is free, so businesses that are starting off can save money by switching to HubSpot CRM.

The options HubSpot CRM has for managing sales - with Quotes, email integrations, Marketing Forms, etc., make the process of collecting and closing deals easy - most other tools did not have the full range of capabilities. 3. The UI/UX for HubSpot is great - compared to Freshworks CRM or Zoho.

HubSpot CRM is perfect for most businesses - especially Small and Medium businesses who need a way to collect and organize their leads, sales, and any other business contact data. HubSpot has an easy - non-tech setup that can be added to any website and most tools that a business would use to collect data. This makes it easy for businesses of any size and in any sector to get up and running with HubSpot. Additionally, they have most features that a business would require to get their sales and similar business processes in order. However, if a business requires any customization in its sales processes, HubSpot won't be the best option considering they don't let you customize most flows.
