For sales, we use it to keep track of all the organizations we've connected with along with all the individuals at the company. We also use it to keep track of all the ongoing conversations, create and send quotes and maintain all our sales deals on HubSpot.

The options HubSpot CRM has for managing sales - with Quotes, email integrations, Marketing Forms, etc., make the process of collecting and closing deals easy - most other tools did not have the full range of capabilities. 3. The UI/UX for HubSpot is great - compared to Freshworks CRM or Zoho.
