Sales and Marketing focused CRM tool
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot across our marketing and sales channels. On the marketing form, we use HubSpot to collect lead information via their tracking code and forms. For sales, we use it to keep track of all the organizations we've connected with along with all the individuals at the company. We also use it to keep track of all the ongoing conversations, create and send quotes and maintain all our sales deals on HubSpot.

- The setup is very easy.
Cons
- Upgrading for any paid feature is very expensive.
- The mobile app has limited functions.

- Sales and revenue forecasting.
- Easy adoption for the team.
With HubSpot's tracking functionalities, the communication between the Sales and the Marketing team has improved tremendously. There is a 2-way channel of communication now, where the sales teams can provide feedback on what time of clients/sectors are working for sales so the marketing team can focus on those, and marketing teams can also get insights into which specific marketing channels or modes of communication are working best for conversions. This has led to the 2 teams working very closely and improving our conversion rates and reduced marketing spend. All of this has happened without a lot of inputs or time requirements from developers or team management.
1. HubSpot CRM has a great free version - so it's an easy starting decision 2. The options HubSpot CRM has for managing sales - with Quotes, email integrations, Marketing Forms, etc., make the process of collecting and closing deals easy - most other tools did not have the full range of capabilities. 3. The UI/UX for HubSpot is great - compared to Freshworks CRM or Zoho.
