Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The HubSpot CRM keeps us organized from Marketing, to Sales, to Service - and then reporting on all of those aspects. It helps us measure the actions our teams are taking, the success (or failure) of those, and how we can improve. It's changed the game for our lead gen and nurturing!

HubSpot [CRM] allowed us to connect what our sales team is doing with what our marketing team is doing so that we can team up and work together - smarketing - as they call it ... and it really is a 'work smarter not harder' system for us. The insight into what contacts are doing and when has been great.
Really, with HubSpot [CRM] we just got more bang for our buck with all areas concerned. There were instances where the less expensive option was definitely on the table, but when you look at the ease of use, capability, customer support, and general success + ROI, HubSpot [CRM] just quickly became a no-brainer.
