Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The HubSpot CRM keeps us organized from Marketing, to Sales, to Service - and then reporting on all of those aspects. It helps us measure the actions our teams are taking, the success (or failure) of those, and how we can improve. It's changed the game for our lead gen and nurturing!

  • Can be a bit expensive.

There is a bit of learning, but nothing that isn't in line with other CRM systems or databases as robust as these. Plus, anytime there are questions, confusion, issues, etc. the support that HubSpot [CRM] offers to its users is out of this world -- they're always reachable and patient in helping.
Really, with HubSpot [CRM] we just got more bang for our buck with all areas concerned. There were instances where the less expensive option was definitely on the table, but when you look at the ease of use, capability, customer support, and general success + ROI, HubSpot [CRM] just quickly became a no-brainer.
