Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Manage leads and activities. Forecast deals and margin.

Pros

  • Tracking email opens and link clicks.
  • Setting tasks and reminder.
  • Functionality is intuitive.

Cons

  • Realizing different email chains with same subject line for tracking.
  • It helps us assign accounts.
  • Easy to leave notes.
  • Easy to move tasks around.
It is top of the league.
Email campaigns can be monitored and tracked by both sales and mktg, useful!
It gets the job done, similar to Salesforce. Way better than Pipedrive. Compatible w/ ZoomInfo which is nice.
