- Realizing different email chains with same subject line for tracking.
- It helps us assign accounts.
- Easy to leave notes.
- Easy to move tasks around.
Email campaigns can be monitored and tracked by both sales and mktg, useful!
It gets the job done, similar to Salesforce. Way better than Pipedrive. Compatible w/ ZoomInfo which is nice.
