Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for customer management and digitial marketing and sales data.
  • Easy to use interface.
  • Great knowledge base.
  • Excellent support.
  • No ability to add TAGS, relies too much on properties.
  • Need more control of workflows.
  • Adds too many random people to database.
  • Very hard to track with HubSpot, we can't tell where leads are really coming from.
Far superior than other software we've used. Much more capable and easier interface.
