Hubspot - a wide range of configuration options and well established.
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot for all of our Marketing Campaigns, tracking sales inquiries, deals, and lead scoring, and as a central repository for all of our customer information. Up until recently, we were also using Hubspot to host our organization's website, but we have now moved it off HS to another platform.
Pros
- Sales
- Integrating with other platforms.
- Totally Customisable.
Cons
- Hosted Websites - can be very complex to maintain.
- API - some functionality we think are basic you can't do.
- More computed properties.
- Strong integration marketplace.
- Familiar for new AE's.
- Has been really easy to customise through properties and views.
Having a central source for all of our marketing and sales data is invaluable - marketing can send data to prospects based on lead score and other parameters really easily. Sales can then see within the feed what information we've sent customers/leads, so they have a complete picture of where the customer is in the lifecycle.
After evaluating other products, we settled on Hubspot for ease of setup, and the person performing the setup already had experience with Hubspot. Also, we found for the price we were paying; there were more features available than some of the other CRMs researched. Hubspot, we felt, was also more well-established than some of the other CRM, and options for integrations were key to us.
