Isolved has simplified our payroll processing as well as out employee onboarding. We have a very complicated and detailed payroll, Isolved has added rules that make for a much easier payroll processing. The systems time management allows us to find and address problems before they can become big payroll headaches.

Our customer service with Isolved has been spot on, I can not say that for their predecessor. Our payroll is more seamless and less labor intensive. Our employee's have a better understanding now that they are more involved. All in all all the changes are to numerous to address and comment on. I am happy we made the switch.

100 - Some are in an administrative capacity, some are in a management capacity and all are in the employee category. All of our employees are using the Employee Interactive Experience to monitor their time, PTO and payroll. It allows for a better flow across the board. Our managers are able to assign PTO and follow employees time and attendance.
We use Performance HCM customer service for support. The online and telephone support is easy to reach and have served us well.

No the premium support is not offered, all support is premium support!
During Covid they were always there when our payroll rules were changing to help us do payroll and make the necessary changes.
