Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use Jive Hosted VoIP across the entire company. It solves so many problems. We now have unification communication across our entire platform. It's especially helpful that it is integrated with our PSA. It is a good thing for us to be seamless.
- Being able to create multiple conference rooms without any additional charges
- Allows us to create various efaxes without any additional charge
- Now we are able to send out text messages within our network
- Jive can provide a better onboarding training process
- I have not seen a negative impact within the services.
- I have seen a lower cost of my telephony system. We get more bang for our buck!
We now can say that we have a complete unified solution that allows to keep all of our communications in one place. The product keeps getting better and better. No other vendor has all these features for the same price. They just nickel and dime you for every feature. It is easy and it works!
- NetFortris (formerly Fonality)
Fonality is unable to compete hands down with Jive Hosted VoIP. Fonailty and most other VoIP companies' nickel and dime you for every feature within your phone service. Fonality is too expensive. The service is not equal to Jive Hosted VoIP. At the end of the day, Jive Hosted VoIP beats the competition hands down.
