Overall Satisfaction with MailChimp
MailChimp is a product that can be purchased, learned and used all in the same day. There are so many ways to portray the message that you are trying to get across to your newsletter recipients and with using programs like this I have not found it any easier to do so in any other program like MailChimp.

- Easy to learn and implement
- You can make things look wonderful
- Segments of lists
- Minor program bugs
- Knowledge base is not as grand as one would hope
- Cheaper than Constant Contact
- Easier to navigate so anyone in the office could create a newsletter if they had to
- Reduced overhead and labor by not having to spend so much time on these things each month and by being a more cost effective alternative to their competitors
They are fantastic. Really what I wanted out of a email system.
