Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp is used across the entire organization. We use it for internal staff communications, mass email marketing, and event notifications. We use it most for email marketing and are starting to use some of their added services like marketing automations. Mailchimp provides an easy-to-use, comprehensive platform for all communication needs and even integrates with many other platforms!

Mailchimp really has all of their competitors beat for ways to use the platform and functionality. The list management in Mailchimp is so much easier to use, too! My favorite part is that it integrates with Classy--our online fundraising platform and our website, built on Squarespace.
We’ve benefited from all of Mailchimp’s integrations and functions. I’ve started to use their “multiple tools” more and more. They aren’t as easy to use as others but continue to get better! It’s a seamless marketing service.
Mailchimp has really helped us step up our email marketing to make beautiful emails and automate our marketing to save time.
