Mailchimp Delivers on Several Levels

Currently, Mailchimp is used to provide newsletters and communication about products and services to customers and subscribers.

We’ve been able to explore and use multiple features, which allow us to integrate with several e-commerce sites to gather various types of information and develop targeted communication to a variety of audiences. The marketing platform has successfully allowed us to leverage workflows to send a variety of communications via social media, landing pages, and emails. Being able to add videos helps to present vivid and engaging content and messaging that our customers look forward to as much as our products. Being able to work in one space eliminates redundancy while allowing us to work in an effective and timely manner while measuring what is working or not.

Mailchimp is very easy to get started with and scalable based on the user’s knowledge. Mailchimp offers a plethora of information and training that are easy to follow and use. Multiple types of users can contribute from simply setting up a text email to be sent per set criteria to graphic designers creating attractive and engaging templates to be used for multiple channels. It has allowed us to streamline our marketing strategies and see what exactly is working for us. We’ve been successful in leveraging customer experiences throughout several channels to funnel effective communications to address their interests and needs. Overall, we’ve learned to fully look into all the features Mailchimp offers as the value increases when compounding its usage. We, now, focus marketing dollars to utilize Mailchimp expertise to produce more quality, revenue-generated content.
