Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

Teams was supposed to be our collaboration software that replaced what we were using - Jive. But it's not easy to use, not easy to share, and not easy to collaborate with others. It's really just a un-intuitive platform and it's not user-friendly. The concept is good, but the actual platform kind isn't good. We ended up keeping Jive as well as Teams, and most of us prefer Jive.

  • Organization.
  • Set-up.
  • Platform.
  • Ease of use.
  • Not much, however, it is cheap.
We selected Teams because it was already a part of our Office 365 license, so it was no additional cost to us. But it is not the only platform we have, and it is not our primary collaboration platform. We have Jive and everyone prefers it over Teams. Teams just needs to be better.
I've never had to deal with support, but I'm sure it's decent as it's a Microsoft product and they have the workforce needed to support a platform like this. Maybe we just need some training, but we don't think Teams is a very good platform. I'm sure the support is good and works though.

It seems like the platform still needs a lot of work to get going to a place where it's the preferred means of collaboration for my company. We do not like it. It's so hard to find projects and to organize things in ways for others to collaborate on and contribute.
