Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
We use Microsoft Teams to collaborate, manage files, manage projects, and communicate with each other. We also use it as a method to deliver content to people in the field. Our Podcast and Video team has made extensive use of it as a platform to create channels and series for our podcasts.

We selected Microsoft Teams because it flawlessly integrated with our backend systems and provided the most secure connection without compromising our InfoSec standards. It filled an enormous gap that we had in sharing files, live chat, and organizing projects. While not having some features of other products it made up for in giving us a secure collaboration platform.
We have always had help and support when needed, from pre-implementation to current use. Microsoft Teams support has been there to help us address any and all issues we have come across. The issues, for the most part, have been few and far between. Regardless, support has been top-notch and very helpful.

I have yet to find a scenario where it is unsuited. So far, the best use we have found for it is to organize all of projects, forms, and processes for a multiple member team. The ease of uploading files that can be viewed, edited, or commented on by the entire team is a huge addition to making us more productive.
