Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it as a platform for our team retrospectives and sometimes and discussion board for organisational changes.
Also I was using it on my long term training for presentation and collaboration.
Also sometimes I use it to present and discuss some smaller topics for team and personal modelling some designs/graphs.

Pros
- real time collaboration (and easy maintenance by "admin")
- wide range of templates
Cons
- UML modelling tools could be better (but also there are dedicated programs for that)
- we had tools for everything Miro is providing, it just feel a bit easier with Miro
We had other tools doing this already before, but with Miro it feels a bit more intuitive and easier to onboard people with different level of experience with similar tools.

- Microsoft Teams, Slack, Atlassian Confluence, Jira Software, Microsoft 365, Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Gliffy and Teamup Calendar
Miro stacks up really well with these tools or it complement them well.
