Monday.com is being utilized to manage tasks and project communications between account management and our various development teams. In fact, we recently brought Sales on board to utilize it to better manage sales tasks and communications with other departments.

- Easy-to-use and easy-to-teach to new users.
- Solid automations and filters that keep everything easy to find and easy to manage.
- The flexibility can lead to friction when different groups try to utilize the system in competing ways.
- The site is network-intensive, and can be difficult to utilize with a poor internet connection.
