Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Whenever there is an issue with a product, I use monday.com to communicate effectively with the sales rep.

  • Product issues.
  • I think it's great!
  • It's been great, we can tackle any issues that arise!
I'm not particularly tech-savvy and this is so clear for me to use.
I haven't even had any issues so never contacted support! This is a great sign!
Makes it so much easier for me to see what has to get done at work each morning.

It's great for communicating when there's an issue and following up, very clear when you open up exactly what needs to get done. Also, it's great that it emails you when you're mentioned knowing to look at something that has to get done.

monday.com & Collaboration

Yes, we use Monday to launch new products. There are many teams involved in the production process and Monday.com helps the workflow go smoothly. It clearly shows who is responsible for which task, shows which tasks have been completed and which we are still working on. It send an email notification to remind you if you need to still finish your task.
definitely a 10! Before we started using Monday.com it was almost impossible to keep up with all my responsibilities. I was searching for old emails and old conversations to find the information that was needed. Now it's so clear and organized. I know exactly where to find the info i need and who to contact if i have any questions.
