New Relic Observability Enablement

We use the New Relic for the observability implementations for the applications like frontend and backend. Integrating the cloud account and services. It helps in understanding the performance of the applications and troubleshooting the apps if any error's occurs. In the New Relic it helps in setting up the alerts and getting notified as per the service breaches the conditions. Building the dashboards for visualizing the insights. creating the synthetics for availability of the endpoints and proactive monitoring and checking the status of the apps.

Here in New Relic it supports the application monitoring that hosted in the private, public, hybrid environments. By this we are now able to know the over all performance of the both frontend and backend applications and transactions durations and latency of the calls from the server to the client. Error's by the pages and status codes which is very important in understanding and troubleshooting the services and RCA can be done easily the distributed tracing and the services maps.

Yes the New Relic supports the instrumentation of the multi cloud services and also helps in integrating the cloud accounts, we can also filter which data from the services need to be sent to New Relic. It also supports the instrumentation by the IaC scripts which is simple and easy process for integrating cloud resources with New Relic. After instrumenting the data gets populated to the New Relic we are able to see the performance of the services by the Metrics, Traces, Logs and Events these helps understanding more deeper about the services and helps RCA and get issue's resolved when occur's.

Yes, in our Organization DevOps team uses the New Relic it helps us a lot for the instant troubleshooting related to the cloud services and application. Also we can get the deployment status whether they are success or failed. Alerting helps a lot in getting notified about the services or instances downtimes or getting known about the utilization of the resources and dashboards helped our Team in visualizing the Services Metrics and visualize the key performance metrics and filtering the data as per the required services.
