Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne

NinjaOne has been one of our most esteemed and utilized tools since adopting it several years ago. We primarily leverage it for remote access, asset management, automations, and patching. However, with NinjaOne's dedication to improving the platform and taking customer feedback seriously, it has developed into the most impressive RMM that I have had the pleasure of using professionally. Recent adoptions of Vulnerability tracking, MDM, AI Patch Assistance and Compound Conditions have made what was already a good product excellent.

Pros

  • Consistency of Patch Delivery
  • Improvements to the platform
  • Automation
  • Device Monitoring and Alerting
  • Remote Access
  • Reporting

Cons

  • Technical Support
  • Lack of Organizational Features (Folders, OUs)
  • Reporting
  • Positive: Strong integration support with other security platforms that have recently been adopted in a push to center our organization around security. (Connectsecure, Blumira, Sophos)
  • Positive: NinjaOne is a reliable platform with account reps who have your back. In a climate where trust is important, I can confidently say I trust NinjaOne.
  • Negative: None
NinjaOne has taken our device management practices and end-user support across multiple tenants to the next level. The platform’s automation capabilities have allowed us to proactively remediate issues, deploy software, and enforce policies with minimal manual intervention. Real-time visibility into device health and patch status has reduced our response times and improved overall service quality. It’s become a cornerstone of our IT operations.
NinjaOne has allowed us to adopt strong authentication practices for internal and end users who utilize the platform, furthering our compliance objectives for remote access to systems and policies. Vulnerability management and dependable patch management for systems ensures we are receiving critical alerts and attention on potential issues that need to be addressed in a timely manner.
We have deployed condition based automations for everything from agent deployment for other services, baseline sets of vulnerability remediation scripts or program removal tasks, down to more informative conditions which obtain details about system event IDs, service failures, and performance metrics.
NinjaOne's user friendly interface was immediately appealing to a team that that needs to be able to pickup a tool and know how to run with it at first exposure. From the moment we started using it, we would often be able to navigate the platform with a common sense approach and be able to navigate to exactly what we were looking for without requiring documentation or guidance.

Customer representatives that we have worked with have all been outstanding, and have not been pushy like some other vendors teams tend to be when you are initially debating between multiple offers.

The amount of flexibility in scaling to your organization's size is impressive as the platform can be as simple as just using it for remote access, all the way up to deploying comprehensive automation packages in the form of a compound condition that bases its actions on the results of other conditions or scripts.
