We use PandaDoc across our whole organisation for marketing, sales, e-signing proposals, agreements, confidentiality agreements and NDA's. It automates most of our processes and saves us a tremendous amount of time and resources. PandaDoc is an integral part of our administration and sales processes and very cost-effective compared to other solutions.

Cons

PandaDoc would become even better if they could integrate a CRM functionality into the software.
More templates would make onboarding so much easier.

We have used various other products before we decided PandaDoc will be our preferred service provider. We used DocuSign and HelloSign previously but find them way too expensive with limited functionality. We also used Proposify for sending proposals. We decided to sign up with PandaDoc because of their superior functionality and price point.
