Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom has delivered a service beyond our expectations. Prior switching to Paycom, we used ADP which was very cumbersome and difficult to work with. We had several issues with ADP - delay resolving issues, constant errors, an old version of the software (never was updated by ADP). We saw the opportunity to switch to services with Paycom that were more flexible, easy to use and user-friendly for our employees. As Administrator, I am very satisfied with the service. Our employees feel the same way.
  • User-friendly. The system is very intuitive for most of our employees.
  • Empowers our employees to select/choose their benefits and to see their information online.
  • Paycom is very easy to use as Administrator. They have monthly releases/updates that are included in the price agreed.
  • Paycom is growing very fast, which is great for clients. Paycom has improved the reporting and all the modules we use.
  • It would be ideal to have an annual visit from the local sales support to discuss if the improvements Paycom has implemented have been used by the client.
  • Reduction in processing payroll from 2 1/2 days to half day.
  • Minimum errors when processing schedule earnings/deductions.
  • Reduction on tracking documents signed, benefits elected by employees.
Paycom has a designated Customer service representative. No case number or long waiting calls. Paycom has all the solutions integrated into their platform. ADP has different providers which creates glitches in some processes. Paycom reporting and administration is very intuitive and easy to use. With ADP, the report designer was very cumbersome to use and has an additional cost.
Best fit for: The system is very intuitive for a basic user. The more you learn to navigate the system, the more you discover functionalities that help to improve payroll and HR administration. The implementation was somehow easy considering the critical data involved (salaries, personal information, taxes information, etc). I consider Paycom to be suited for any small to large organizations.

Less suited for: This is an assumption, but I don't know if Paycom integrates with large ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
